I decided to shift my life this year by living nicotine and alcohol free – and it was definitely the right choice. I’m exercising daily, taking my vitamins and am taking a few additional supplements / nutrients as well (plus I’m eating as healthy as I can).
I want a high quality of life going forward and I’ve come to realize that a good life starts with good health. I’ve been blessed with extremely good health throughout my life and I want to maintain it. True wealth = good health (physically, psychologically and spiritually).
Just as I will no longer expose myself to physical toxins, toxic people aren’t allowed in my life anymore either.
