Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, my life is going well… I’m avoiding my gym for now (just to remain on the safe side), but am continuing my marathon training outdoors. I’m entering week 11 and have discovered I enjoy running to Classical Music above all else.

Did a 3 mile outdoor jog/walk this early afternoon. It was humid as could be, but this selfie made me realize the effort is worth not looking like a little brown pig anymore.

I’m likely going to keep my distance running primarily outdoors at this point.

Today’s workout:
Jog 2 miles
Walk 0.8 miles
2 sets of 15 reps on an abdominal twist machine
2 sets of 15 reps on an abdominal crunch machine
3 sets of 10 on a rowing machine
