Does Dennis Hof’s planned NFL Raiders themed Las Vegas brothel violate copyright & trademark law?

Alexandra Mayers poses the question as to whether or not Dennis Hof’s planned NFL Raiders themed legal brothel infringes, violates or breaks copyright / trademark law considering that NFL Raiders athletic apparel and memorabilia vendors are only legally allowed to sell merchandise certified by the NFL franchise. Alexandra includes a clip in her webcast from a recent Las Vegas news broadcast in which a prominent attorney (who is routinely featured on CNN as a commentator) clearly states, “if you sell merchandise with Raiders on it you’d better have permission from the NFL”.
In addition, Alexandra includes a clip from a Las Vegas, NV news channel which gives a complete tour of Dennis Hof’s planned Raiders NFL themed brothel (which is set to open later this year).
In Dennis Hof’s world, the “sex” and the “women” are the “merchandise” he’s selling – so the question is: DOES DENNIS HOF HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE NFL (or Raiders team owner Mark Davis specifically) TO OPEN A “RAIDERS THEMED” BROTHEL?
Has the NFL Raiders team and/or team owner Mark Davis sold out a family friendly organization (which caters to “middle America” and children) to the seedy world of prostitution? It appears that just may be the situation.
Alexandra Mayers has reached out to the NFL Raiders team via email, but as of current has not received a response.
This would be the perfect lawsuit for an ambitious attorney / lawyer, and it likely wouldn’t take very long for some sort of legal action (if necessary) to be taken against Dennis Hof.
