OK folks… I’m switching gears lifestyle wise yet…

OK folks… I’m switching gears lifestyle wise yet again…I’ve really LOVED doing my new project CookingWithChat.com (it’s been one of the most positive projects I’ve launched in a long time) BUT the negative side effect of that particular stream is that all the delicious foods I’ve been preparing have led to a pretty substantial weight gain…
SO, the show will go on, but I’ve decided I’m going to have to RE THINK the types of foods I prepare and I’m pledging to exercise in some way, shape or form DAILY (and to keep up with my pledge I will be streaming whatever I do workout wise daily).
In addition (not to get overly personal about it) I’m electing to disconnect from certain stressful situations linked to my life I have no control over. It’s a hard decision, and I don’t know if it’s the right decision BUT considering a pattern resurfaced (related to the current situation I’m linked to) 5 years ago – I’m seeing today that nothing has changed when it comes to the pattern, so I don’t think I should allow myself to be a part of the situation any longer.
I love my family, but I also love myself.

No one can say I didn’t attempt to…

No one can say I didn’t attempt to give a very evil gang of complete failures a chance. I don’t advise anyone bother with the individuals I’m referring to in the post below – as they’re not just racists, bigots, misogynists, bullies and criminals … they are literally creatures who never should have been born.
The appropriate curse for this particular group would be for each individual the group is comprised of to never achieve or attain any of their goals or dreams in life from this day forth (and the same curse would apply to their children along with their children’s children).

If I could put the content of this video into every Black woman’s mind – I would. Due to my unique life experience I’ve seen more and dealt with far more than most (and likely in a much harsher way than most). Looking back on my dating life when I was in my 20’s and even 30’s, ignorance truly was bliss.

Regardless, I’m glad I took a few journeys (both physically and online) over the years (especially in 2020 and this year 2021). I truly am a “truth seeker”, which is why I warn you (whoever you may be reading this) – be careful should you decide to seek out the truth, because once you learn something, you can’t UN-LEARN it.
