Alexandra Mayers continues her marathon training into week 02! She also replaced her sneaker insoles with a higher quality set by Dr. Scholls.
Today’s workout:
Jog 2 miles
Walk 0.8 miles
2 sets of 15 reps on an abdominal twist machine
2 sets of 15 reps on an abdominal crunch machine
3 sets of 10 on a rowing machine
