If I could put the content of this video into every Black woman’s mind – I would. Due to my unique life experience I’ve seen more and dealt with far more than most (and likely in a much harsher way than most). Looking back on my dating life when I was in my 20’s and even 30’s, ignorance truly was bliss.
Regardless, I’m glad I took a few journeys (both physically and online) over the years (especially in 2020 and this year 2021). I truly am a “truth seeker”, which is why I warn you (whoever you may be reading this) – be careful should you decide to seek out the truth, because once you learn something, you can’t UN-LEARN it.

In this commentary, as Alexandra shares a portion of Chapter Seven, she explains how the story Shelley tells about an abusive man she dated (who turned out to be a violent stalker) is a fairly common situation that sex workers (pornstars, escorts and exotic dancers) often find themselves in. In addition Alexandra explains how serial abusers often target sex workers due to law enforcement (and the judicial system) looking down upon sex workers (whether that be the victim’s current OR past occupation).

A few thoughts as to why young women (35 and under) should be wary of dating men who are 10 years (or more) older than they are – specifically due to such men often being physically and/or psychologically abusive. Oftentimes abusive men seek out naive and inexperienced targets…and though a young woman may be intelligent and mature – by default she lacks the life experience of someone (male or female) who is 10 years her senior (if not older).

Avoiding Pimps – yet another ongoing series by Alexandra Mayers about what the relatively naive young men and women of the world should look for when dating to avoid being sex trafficked.
Alexandra Mayers explains how technology (namely websites and social media) revolutionized how pimps (sex traffickers) recruit new clients, operate their prostitution rings and why such activity likely led to FOSTA (Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017) legislation being passed.
Alexandra shares how she’s learned through her various communications with women in the tech industry, they have a difficult time forming romantic relationships with their male peers due to the males being conditioned by prostitution, escorting and sugarbaby websites essentially delivering them a woman (“on demand style”) they can pay for their time.
Men in the tech industry as of current are a prime target for pimps as they tend to be well paying clients for their product (prostitutes who often are also pornstars). Alexandra shares a bit of history in this video in regards to who the major client bases of prostitutes have been over the years (basically anyone attached to the energy industry or the industries that run our world – oil, technology, political vehicals, automotive, etc). about porn valley pimps spreading their mentality (via the prostitutes that are pimped and hate crime websites such as Pornwikileaks) of racism, misogyny & homophobia to their client base.
Alexandra also explains how the porn industry mantra being promoted as of current of “It’s my body it’s my choice” could easily lead to complete racial segration of “white” porn from “Black” porn.
As of current pending legislation such as SESTA (Senate Bill 1693 which goes to the floor Monday 3/12) will work in conjunction with FOSTA to further curb the current epidemic of the action of being able to order a woman for sexual services over the internet “on demand” style.
