I recorded this cover of the synthwave group LeBrock’s hit “Interstellar” the last time I was in New Orleans – I plan to return to New Orleans soon to write some original music for an album I’d like to release by Christmas of this year.

One of my all time favorite songs (I initially heard it when I was a very young child) is “The Last Unicorn” by the band America.
I decided to create my own EDM arrangement of the song and in this video I’m rehearsing the final draft of it. I should have the final and complete recording of this track uploaded to Soundcloud.com/AlexandraMayers and my website www.AlexandraMayersMusic.com by this weekend.

If you’ve never taken the time to watch the movie “The Last Unicorn” (it’s an animated classic) I highly recommend it.
