OK folks… I’m switching gears lifestyle wise yet…

OK folks… I’m switching gears lifestyle wise yet again…I’ve really LOVED doing my new project CookingWithChat.com (it’s been one of the most positive projects I’ve launched in a long time) BUT the negative side effect of that particular stream is that all the delicious foods I’ve been preparing have led to a pretty substantial weight gain…
SO, the show will go on, but I’ve decided I’m going to have to RE THINK the types of foods I prepare and I’m pledging to exercise in some way, shape or form DAILY (and to keep up with my pledge I will be streaming whatever I do workout wise daily).
In addition (not to get overly personal about it) I’m electing to disconnect from certain stressful situations linked to my life I have no control over. It’s a hard decision, and I don’t know if it’s the right decision BUT considering a pattern resurfaced (related to the current situation I’m linked to) 5 years ago – I’m seeing today that nothing has changed when it comes to the pattern, so I don’t think I should allow myself to be a part of the situation any longer.
I love my family, but I also love myself.

I have a good online friend from Canada…

I have a good online friend from Canada known as MC Frosty who I recently wrote an adult entertainment industry piece on I. Regards to him being scammed by an adult actress for a webcam show (he was Essen defrauded out of a bit over $1000). He’s decided to take out his feelings in regards to the matter in a healthy way via his music – and I’m very excited to hear the single he will soon release about the situation.
